1. How Playkids+ offer for Walmart+ members work?
To be eligible for the offer, users will need to have a valid Walmart+ plan or sign up for a 30-day free trial of the subscription scheme. Members can get their unique promo code from the Walmart.com site or from the Walmart app and redeem it through PlayKids+’ voucher redemption website after successful account creation.
Once redeemed, Walmark+ members will have access to PlayKids+’ App entire library of learning games, videos and podcasts, offering families hours of safe, fun entertainment.
2. I’m a Walmart member, how can I redeem my Playkids+ voucher code?
It’s very simple:
1. 🔗 Click the URL you received to redeem the voucher code. It looks like: https://redeem.playkids.com/?code=F4W-9HY-ZZZ or if you have the voucher code in hands, you can go to https://redeem.playkids.com.
2. 🔑 Create an account or log in with an existing account.
3. 🔖 Validate your voucher code.
4. 🧾 Input your billing information. Don’t worry! You won’t be charged until the end of the free trial (90 days after voucher redemption).
5. 🎉 Download the app and welcome aboard to Playkids+!
3. Do I need to pay to redeem the voucher code?
No, Walmart members can enjoy Playkids+ premium subscription for free for 3 months. You won’t be charged to redeem the voucher code. If you don’t cancel the subscription within the 90 days free trial, we will understand you loved Playkids+ and wants to continue with a USD52.99 for the yearly subscription plan and you will be automatically charged.
4. When will I be charged?
You will be charged USD 52.00/year for an annual subscription plan of Playkids+ 90 days after you redeem the voucher code. You will receive a reminder in your email inbox about the imminent invoice.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in Playkids+ app during your free trial or after the free trial period by following the steps below. For mode details, clicke here.
Log in Playkids+ using the same email address + password you created when redeeming the voucher code.
On the bottom right side of the screen, click the parent’s section.
On the upper side of the screen, click “Account”.
Click subscription details.
Click “cancel subscription”.
Confirm the action.
You will no longer be invoiced and you can enjoy Playkids+ premium subscription until the end of your free trial.
6. Why can't I log in on app.playkids.com?
Playkids+ Web is temporarily unavailable. We are working on improvements to offer the best content via the web too. We will let you know with the upcoming news.
