If for some reason, the gremlins have messed up the amount you’ve been charged for your Hopster subscription don’t worry - we will refund you if you have been mistakenly overcharged.
Just drop us an email at support@sandboxkids.io and we'll work with you to get it sorted.
Please note, we can only refund genuine billing errors
Eg: Being charged because you didn't cancel your account prior to your billing date - while annoying - does not count as a billing error, so we cannot issue a refund.
