How to Cancel your T-Mobile Tuesday Subscription

Firstly, we're so sorry to hear that you no longer wish to be a part of our PlayKids+ Family! We're always looking to offer the best experience with our app, so if you have any feedback we'd greatly really appreciate it.

We prepared this article to facilitate the cancellation process for you! In order to ensure that you are able to cancel your current subscription.

It’s important to note that the trial you received from T-Mobile was designed to only grant access to PlayKids App version. Therefore, if you are trying to logon to our website to cancel, you won’t be able to do so, okay? You need to cancel your subscription directly on the App, the steps to cancel are:

1) Open PlayKids+ App and click on “Parent Section”:

2) Enter your Year of Birth:

3) If you are not logged in, click on “Login”:

4) Click on “Log in with email”:

5) Enter your registered email address and password in order to login and click on “Continue”:

6) Click on “Account” tab and afterwards click on “Subscription”:

7) Click on “Cancel Subscription”:

8) After confirming the cancellation, you will receive the following message:

All done! Once again, we appreciate the time you stayed in our PlayKids+ family!
